Amadeus Executives and its members define themselves as

  • A group of professional Interim Managers,

  • A place of exchange, cooperation and professional mutual aid,

  • A training place, an information and business intelligence structure,

  • A desire for each Member to work together,

  • Members with specialized skills and varied high-level experiences whose objective is to offer their know-how to companies in crisis, transition or change situations,

  • The possibility of accessing all the skills available through the different Members of the association.

 

By joining Amadeus Executives each member agrees to:

  • Playing the game of transparency and true speaking

  • Only accept assignments for which their skills are recognized,

  • Share with other members the implementation and progress of its projects through regular information without ulterior motive,

  • Fully assume its role of Sponsor in the integration of new entrants,

  • Respond without delay to all requests for assistance from a Member in assignment,

  • Take an active role in the life and development of the Association (meetings, committees, appointments, etc.),

    • Inform other members of the opportunities that it detects through its network and its assignments,

    • Promote the Association, its approach, and its Members within its own network,

    • Share your network with other Members,

    • Respect the confidentiality of information obtained, in particular on companies in which Amadeussiens intervene or have intervened,

    • Respect or enforce the financial rules set by the Association.
